Rockfish Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh rockfish cut into small cubes
  • 1 to tomato cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro - chopped
  • 1 Persian cucumber - chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons Fiesta Blend
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Mix together in a large glass bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Enjoy with tortilla chips!
